Wish App (#3) AND (#4): iPhone 6S Plus and Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus Cases

It’s that time again!

And by that time, I mean:

W I S H   A P P   I T E M   R E V I E W  !!!

Once again, if you haven’t checked out my first or second review, I ordered items from the Wish app on 10 January – 13 January (a total of 9 items!) from different stores and they are finally arriving!

From the title of this post, items number 3 and 4 are reviewed.

I ordered the pink case for my phone and I absolutely LOVE it.

The black Batman case was for my husband and he is really impressed with it lol.

The packaging.

Hubby was too excited, so he opened his before I could take a photo of it haha.

I love the bow detail #bowsFTW

It’s a basic soft, gelish case with glitter, bows and diamante stone detailing on the back.

As you can see from the screenshot above, the case costs R12.00, but shipping costs gets added and the total I paid was R58.91 ($5.00) #affordable.

The only thing that I “don’t like” about this case is the fact that one of the “stones” is a bit skew. (I’m being unnecessary, I know LOL, but hey I paid for this!)

Look at that slightly skew stone. Tsk, tsk, tsk.

Overall, affordable, it looks good, fits my phone perfectly and it is a full coverage case.

How cute is this built in stand though????

This is a black, rubber case with a gold Batman logo on the back and a convenient built in stand.

#convenience

As you can see from the screenshot from the app, the case cost R36.00, but after shipping I paid R47.17 ($4.00) #affordableaswell

Overall, it fits his phone perfectly, it looks great and the stand is a definite plus.

Wish App (#2): Chevrolet Seatbelt Shoulder Pads

Yeeeeeeeesss.

Another Wish item has arrived (7 more to go!!) and it is a pair of seat belt shoulder pads for my car.

Screenshot from the Wish app

I ordered this item on 11 January 2018 and it arrived on 27 February. (A day later than it was supposed to because the Post Office does not operate on a Sunday).

They are of very good quality and I would totally recommend it. (Obviously, only if you have a Chevy, but I am sure there are for other cars too :P)

Get your own here.

It looks soooo good!

Salvador gives it his stamp of approval

I am waiting impatiently patiently for the next item!

Hopefully, the Post Office will deliver as planned.

Michiko… Ooh, sparkly…

Wish App (#1): Case for Instax Mini: Hello Kitty

Ah… Nothing like finally receiving that little slip from the Post Office telling you that you have a parcel waiting for you. *almost passes out from excitement*

Ahem.

Okay, so I ordered a few things from www.wish.com and one of the items finally came.

Wish is basically an online shopping website, consisting of many different traders. It is not one big shop.

This is what I ordered on 13 January 2018 (so looooong ago):

Yeah, it’s sold out now. Sorry.

And it came on 19 February 2018!

Too cute!

It’s a perfect fit and is in mint condition.

So I basically waited just over a month and then you must OBVIOUSLY pay for shipping and then I still had to pay a Post Office handling fee *rolls eyes*.

Peek-a-boo.

The only niggly thing is that when compared to the photo on the app, the cover I received is more of  a pastel purple than a candy pink (which is what I wanted), but it’s still nice.

You can detach the top part of the cover (left) so that your camera is still protected when you are using it.

I decided to keep the original lanyard on because that one has “Hello Kitty” on it. I mean, come on.

So, since I am new to Wish, I ordered a few things separately hahaha…

Instax Mini – Hello Kitty Limited Edition

I’m pretty sure that when you log onto Instagram, you will see someone in your feed posting pics of pocket sized snaps, strewn on a fur blanket (I’m that someone, cough cough) next to a quirky, colourful Instax Mini camera.

Yeah, the “polaroids” are indeed an in-thing (Side note: Polaroids are not meant to be shaken. Outkast out here teaching everyone wrong).

Anyway, I am a huge Hello Kitty fan, but I do not own a lot of Hello Kitty stuff (boo hoo).

This is a short review on the awesome Instax Mini Instant Camera: Hello Kitty edition.

My husband gave this to me as a gift one year and bought it off takealot.com on sale and it cost around R799.99 compared to the usual R1200.00

This is the box that it came in:

How cute is this box?!

I got (from top centre to right) a 10pc pack of film, stickers and a lanyard with the camera.

Yes, that is a plaster tin.

The photos are credit card size, but come on! It’s an awesome instant camera.

The quality of the photos are quite good and I like the fact that the camera shows you which lens to use based on the lighting of your environment. Kudos to that!

If you’re a HK fan, then you should definitely invest in one like this.
